Organizational Model 231 is continuously updated and improved, in light of experience, jurisprudential and doctrinal developments, regulatory developments of the Decree, and changes in company organization.
All recipients of the 231/01 Organizational Model (corporate bodies, directors, workers, collaborators, suppliers, partners and anyone who operates in the company’s interest) must cooperate in the full implementation of its principles and provisions, so as to direct everyone’s behavior and mitigate the risks associated with the company’s activities and processes.
