    Deco SpA has equipped itself with its own Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (“Organizational Model 231” or “Model”), aimed at preventing the commission of crimes and administrative offenses that can be abstractly carried out within the scope of the company’s activities.

Deco SpA’s Organizational Model 231 is constantly updated to reflect regulatory, jurisprudential and organizational developments. All recipients, including directors, workers, collaborators and partners, must cooperate to fully implement the principles of the Model, directing behavior and mitigating business risks.

Organizational Model 231 is continuously updated and improved, in light of experience, jurisprudential and doctrinal developments, regulatory developments of the Decree, and changes in company organization.

All recipients of the 231/01 Organizational Model (corporate bodies, directors, workers, collaborators, suppliers, partners and anyone who operates in the company’s interest) must cooperate in the full implementation of its principles and provisions, so as to direct everyone’s behavior and mitigate the risks associated with the company’s activities and processes.
